Lutdom Sport & Fitness Co., Ltd (hereafter called “The Company”)created the Dangkor Senchey Application as a free app. This service is provided by The Company at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Ticket Purchased Rule and Regulation

1. Every ticket purchased via the Sale Channels are strictly non-refundable and are not available for exchange under whatever circumstances.
2. Purchased tickets are not exchangeable for tickets at a different price, or for other events.
3. Tickets purchased via the websites and mobile application will be issued digitally.
4. In case of any malfunctions of the reservation or purchase form placed on the website or mobile application, please contact us immediately at the following email address support@dangkorsenchey.com or contact our hotline 081300400. We would also like to inform you that it is the basis and condition for an effective complaint about the impossibility or difficulties in purchasing tickets online.
5. If the User fails to purchase a ticket for the screening for which he or she has reserved a seat in AIA stadium within the time limit specified in clause 4 above, the reservation of such a seat cannot be guaranteed.

T-Shirt Purchased Rule and Regulation

1. Every T-Shirt purchased via the Sale Channels are strictly non-refundable.
2. Return within 7 days of purchase with original hangtags and a valid receipt.
3. All items can be exchanged to different sizes and colors.
4. The products must be unused, unwashed and in an undamaged condition.
5. T-Shirts purchased via the Sales Channels will be available for collection at AIA stadium from the ticket counter by producing the booking numbers/reservation sent by email or as available under the purchased history feature in Mobile application. T-Shirts also can be delivered if customers prefer and will be charged based on distance. 

The company reserves the rights to have terms and conditions changed.

Membership Card Purchased Rule and Regulation

1. Acceptance: Use of a membership card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein.
2. Membership Card: The membership card is the property of the issuing agent and must be returned upon request.  Membership cards are valid for the Membership Term as embossed on the membership card, which is one year after initial purchase date.  Membership cards have no cash value and do not guarantee reservation.
3. Membership Benefit Conditions: All Membership Benefits are valid only during the Membership Term and shall automatically expire thereafter.  All benefits are subject to availability, valid seven days a week, excluding Black-Out Dates, and may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.
4. Transferable and Non-Transferable Benefits: 
   Non-Transferable: Benefits may be used only by the Member and upon presentation of their valid Membership Card.  A proof of identification may be required.
5. Modifications (Restaurant & Benefit Changes): Participating restaurants/stores may cease to honor benefits without prior notice.  Benefits may also be subject to change without prior notice.  Wherever possible, Members will be kept updated on all such modifications.  Members can also verify restaurant participation & benefits by calling Customer Services.  Membership Program marketing agent declines any responsibility for modifications.
6. Cancellations: Cancellation of Membership will be honored up to fourteen (14) days from the purchase date.
7. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the owners, operators, franchisors or licensors that may accept the benefits of membership herein, or any of their affiliated or subsidiary companies, or their directors, agents, managers, or employees, or the proprietor or the marketing agent of the Membership Program (hereinafter collectively “Protected Parties”) be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages; and without limiting the generality thereof, including any loss, cost or damage to, or suffered by, the Member or others, arising from defects, negligence, delays, failure of performance or non-performance, including all claims, demands, obligations, liabilities, indebtedness, breaches of contract, breaches of duty or of any relationship, liability for acts, omissions, misfeasance, malfeasance, damages of every type, nature or kind suffered by Members or others, resulting from the action, or inaction of the hotel or its agents or employees in connection with the Benefits provided to Member herein.  In the event of a breach of any the provisions hereof by any Protected Party, the extent of any liability of any such Protected Party shall be limited to the amounts paid by Member as a subscription for membership in the marketing program.
